【摘要】 目的探讨脊柱结核的术式选择和临床疗效。方法我科收治11例胸腰椎结核行一期后路病灶清除椎管减压植骨融合内固定术,术前术后分别行ASIA分级评估评分,术后行植骨融合评估,内固定矫正畸形评估,结核活跃指标评估等进行统计学分析。结果患者ASIA评分改善度有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理选择病例行此术式是脊柱结核治疗的一种重要有效手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Tuberculosis of spine operation style selection and clinical curative effect.Methods In our department treated 11 cases of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis one-stage posterior focus debridement and spinal canal decompression and bone graft and internal fixation,postoperative recovery were performed ASIA grading assessment score,postoperative bone graft fusion internal fixation for correction of the deformity evaluation,evaluation index,evaluation of active tuberculosis were statistically analyzed.Results Outcome of patients with ASIA score improved degree of statistical significance.(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational selection of cases : the operation is the treatment of spinal tuberculosis is an important and effective mode of operation.更多还原
