【摘要】 目的探讨静脉营养用于妊娠剧吐的有效治疗方法。方法 73例妊娠剧吐患者分为对照组35例与治疗组38例,分别采用单用静脉补液方法和常规静脉补充营养液方法。结果在治疗结束后3d,治疗组的患者体重表现出逐渐恢复的效果,同时饮食转向正常,从治愈率和总有效率的比较看,相对于对照组,治疗组显示出了差异具备显著性(均P<0.05),患者均顺利度过妊娠前3个月,没有终止妊娠的患者;对16例患者进行随访,都顺利分娩。结论针对妊娠剧吐的而患者给予静脉营养,其疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Respectively by single intravenous rehydration method and conventional intravenous nutrition liquid for treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 73 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients were divided into a control group of 35 cases and the treatment group 38 cases,respectively,using a single intravenous rehydration methods and conventional intravenous nutritional supplements liquid.Results after 3 days,the treatment group started to regain weight and gradually returned to the diet,the cure rate and total effective rate compared with the control group,the difference is obvious.From the cure rate and the total efficiency of view,relative to the control group,treatment group showed a difference with significant(P<0.05),the patients all through the pregnancy of the first three months,no patients termination of pregnancy;16 patients were followed up,have a smooth delivery.Conclusion Hyperemesis gravidarum patients given parenteral nutrition,its effect is significant.更多还原
