【摘要】 目的了解NICU科分离表皮葡萄球菌的耐药状况,以指导临床合理用药。方法对2009年至2011年间NICU科住院患儿标本中分离的89株表皮葡萄球菌进行来源和耐药性分析。结果对于89株分离的表皮葡萄球菌,分离来源以血液为最多(71.91%),敏感率较高的依次为万古霉素、利奈唑胺和替考拉宁,其余抗菌药物均呈现不同程度耐药。结论我院NICU科分离表皮葡萄球菌耐药情况日趋严重,应根据药敏结果选择抗菌药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the antibiotic resistance of staphylococcus epidermidis collectde from NICU in order to guide the clinical rational daministration.Methods A total of 89 strains of staphylococcus epidermidis were collected and retrospectively analysis among NICU patients from 2009 to 2011.Results For 89 stains of staphylococcus epidermidis,most from blood,the highest sensitivity is vancomycin,linezolid and teicoplanin,the other antibiotics showed a different degree of resistance.Conclusions The staphylococcus epidermidis collectde from NICU in our hospital has becoming increasingly serious drug resistace.The selection of antimicrobial should be based on the results of antimicrobial susceptibility.更多还原
