【摘要】 目的探讨无痛胃镜检查中医护配合的重要性和护理的临床效果,提高患者对该项检查的顺应性和成功率,并加强医护配合,制定一系列护理操作程序的可行性。方法对2011年8～11月430例患者从检查前宣教,麻醉配合,静脉选择,体位摆放,镜检中的医护配合及观察,麻醉恢复期的护理等方面严格按操作规程进行,做到有章可循,有条不紊,形成完整的医护配合及护理体系。结果 430例由于检查前护理准备充分胃镜检查过程中医护人员密切配合,无麻醉意外及并发症的发生,患者对检查过程不能记忆,检查顺利完成。结论无痛胃镜是一种安全舒适,有效的检查方法,充分的术前准备及术中护理配合是无痛胃镜检查成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the importance of health care with painless gastroscopy and care of the clinical effects of the feasibility,improve patient compliance and the success rate of the inspection,and to strengthen co-ordination of care,to develop a range of care and operating procedures.Methods 430 patients from August to November 2011,before the inspection mission,anesthesia with intravenous choose,placed in position,and microscopic examination of health care co-ordination and observation,recovery from anesthesia care strictly follow the rules,to rule-based,methodical,form a complete health care co-ordination and care system.Results 430 cases of care prepared gastroscopy in health care workers in close coordination,anesthesia accidents and complications occur,the patient can not remember the inspection process to check the successful completion before the inspection.Conclusion Painless Gastroscopy is a safe and comfortable,and effective screening method,adequate preoperative preparation and intraoperative care with the key to the success of painless endoscopy.更多还原
