【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断原发性胆囊癌的临床价值。方法选取本院超声科2010年1月至2011年6月应用彩色多普勒超声诊断胆囊内实性回声46例.采用经手术结果与病理对照的方法进行研究比较。结果 46例原发性胆囊癌中合并胆囊结石者17例,实块型胆囊11例,合并肝转移、胆道转移者13例。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断原发性胆囊癌有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary gallbladder carcinoma.Methods The hospital in 2010 January ～ 2011 June Department of ultrasound with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder within solid echo in 46 cases.The operation results and pathologic control method for the study of comparative.Results 46 cases of primary carcinoma of gallbladder with gallstones in 17 cases,solid gallbladder in 11 cases,with liver metastasis,13 cases of biliary metastasis.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder has important clinical value.更多还原
