【摘要】 目的探讨三维适形放疗用于治疗术后复发性直肠癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法将68例术后复发性直肠癌患者随机分为两组,其中对照组患者34例,治疗组患者34例,其中对照组的患者给于常规放疗而治疗组的患者则给予三维适形放疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效及毒副反应,用统计学软件进行分析。结果治疗组患者的有效率为91.2%,1年生存率为91.2%,3年生存率为73.5%,5年生存率为41.2%,而对照组的有效率为70.6%,1年生存率为70.6%,3年生存率为58.8%,5年生存率为20.6%,两组存在显著差别(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗对于术后复发性直肠癌患者有较好的疗效且毒副反应低,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate the retreatment of local recurrence of rectal cancer with three dimensional conformal radio-therapy(3-D CRT).Methods 68 patients with local recurrence of rectal cancer were divided randomly into two groups: one group received late-course 3D-CRT(n=34) and the other group received conventional radiotherapy(n=34).1,2,3 year survival rate and side-effect after the therapy were compared between the two group.Results The over-all response rates were91.2% for the 3D-CRT group and 70.6% for the control group,respectively.1,2,3 year survival rate was 91.2%,73.5%,41.2% for the 3D-CRT group and 70.6%,58.8%,20.6% for the control group,respectively.The difference was significant between the two group(P >0.05).Conclusion 3-D conformal radiation therapy has an obvious advantage on dose distribution in the treatment of local recurrence of rectal cancer,and has relatively lower incidence of radiation complication.3D-CRT provides encouraging results in locally recurrent rectal cancer.更多还原
