【摘要】 目的观察恩度(重组人血管内皮抑素)联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效和安全性,评价恩度临床应用的安全性和耐受性。方法选择晚期无手术机会的ⅢA-Ⅳ期50例非小细胞肺癌的住院患者,随机分成恩度联合化疗组和单纯化疗组各25例,观察治疗的有效率、疾病控制率、以及不良反应和耐受性。结果恩度联合化疗组和单纯化疗组的临床治疗的有效率(CR+PR)联合组28.23%和单纯组28.18%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);临床收益率CBR(CR+PR+SD)联合组83.23%和单纯组82.45%,中位生存时间7个月无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组ECOG评分均较治疗前显降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),但两组间比较,统计学上无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组的毒副反应发生率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论恩度与含铂化疗联合应用,未改善近期疗效,未增加不良反应,但具有提高生活质量的趋势,作为一线用药长期使用收益更大。值得临床进一步研究。更多还原
