【摘要】 目的探讨丙泊酚与芬太尼联合应用于绝经后妇女摘取宫内节育器。方法将164例绝经后要求取环的妇女随机分为观察组,应用丙泊酚联合芬太尼联合用药;对照组,应用利多卡因。观察两组的镇痛效果,取环成功率,不良反应情况。结果联合用药组镇痛效果、成功率均优于对照组,不良反应发生率低。结论丙泊酚与芬太尼联合应用,可减少绝经后妇女取环并发症和痛苦,提高取环成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore propofol and fentanyl used in postmenopausal women,the removal of IUD.Methods 164 cases of postmenopausal women were randomly asked to take part divided into two groups,the application of propofol combined with fentanyl combination therapy;the control group,the application of lidocaine.Analgesic effects were observed,the success rate,adverse reactions.Results The analgesic effect of the combination treatment group,the success rate than the control group,low incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion The propofol and fentanyl in combination,can reduce the complications of post-menopausal women taking part and pain,improve the success rate.更多还原
