【摘要】 目的观察地佐辛复合异丙酚用于无痛胃镜麻醉的效果。方法随机选择无痛胃镜患者100例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,分为2组:A组单纯用丙泊酚2.0mg/kg静脉麻醉;B组地佐辛2.5mg+丙泊酚2.0mg/kg静脉麻醉,分别观察两组BP、HR、SpO2值,记录丙泊酚的总剂量和观察术后镇痛效果。结果两组间患者术中BP、HR、SpO2及麻醉起效和清醒时间均无显著差异(P>0.05);B组麻醉效果和术后10min镇痛效果明显优于A组(P<0.05);B组丙泊酚总量明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚安全用于无痛胃镜麻醉,术后镇痛效果确切,同时术后清醒快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intravenous anesthesia using dezocine combined with propofol in patients undergoing Painless Gastroscopy.Methods 100 patients who voluntarily required Painless Gastroscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=50): Group A was induced by propofol 2.0mg/kg;Group B dezocine 2.5mg,plus propofol 2.0mg/kg undergoing intravenous anesthesia respectively.Before-treatment,undersurgery,weaken-up MAP,HR,SpO2 were recorded.Patients lost consciousness time,drug withdrawal eye opening time were recorded.Analgesic effect were observed.Results Group B had less the dose of propofol than group A(P<0.05);Grop B has better anaglgesia than Group A(P<0.05).During and after treatment MAP,HR,SpO2,awake time in both groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol in induced anesthesia has better analgesia effect.更多还原
