利用SSR结合表型性状构建寒地梨资源核心种质
Construction Core Collections of Pear Germplasms in Cold Region by SSR and Phenotypic Traits
【摘要】 遵照核心种质构建的原则,采用 SSR 分子标记手段,对 201 份砂梨、白梨、秋子梨和西洋梨资源进行分子标记核心种质构建研究,最终确定核心种质 36 份。其中包括秋子梨 26 份,占秋子梨原种质的 16.9%;白梨 5 份,占白梨原种质的 50%;砂梨 4 份,占砂梨原种质的 21.1%;西洋梨 1 份,占西洋梨原种质的 11.1%。
【Abstract】 Two hundred and one Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm.)germplasms[involved Nakai(P.serotina Rehd.)P.bretschneideri Rehd.,P.ussuriensis Maxim.and Pyrus communis L.] were further analyzed by the method of SSR,and 36 pear resources of them were determined as the core collection of cold region in this study:Included 26 kinds of P.ussuriensis Maxim.,which accounted for 16.9% of the original germplasms of P.ussuriensis Maxim.,5 of P.bretschneideri Rehd.,which accounted for 50% of the original germplasms of P.bretschneideri Rehd.,4 kinds of P.pyrifolia(Burm.)Naka(iP.serotina Rehd.),which accounted for 21.1% of the original germplasms of P.pyrifolia(Burm.)Nakai(P.serotina Rehd.) and 1 kind of P.communis L.,which accounted for 11.1% of the original germplasms of P.communis L.
