【摘要】 本科生导师制是近年来高等学校教育改革的一次尝试.它不但有利于密切师生关系,充分调动和激发师生的教、学积极性,更有利于使学生在导师言传身教的影响下,开展因材施教,使学生的思想品德、学习习惯、态度、方法和能力得到更大程度的提升.笔者根据自己近年的教学实践,阐述了自己的认识、实践与体会.更多还原
