【摘要】 采用加热回流—超声波提取法及35%的酒精萃取法提取黄连、黄芩、黄柏、花椒、甘菊、甘草、蒲公英等7种中草药活性成分,用菌落计数法测定其对深、浅部真菌的杀菌作用.结果表明,这7种中草药对深、浅部真菌均有一定的杀灭作用,其中以黄连、黄芩、黄柏最为明显,抑菌率均在69.5%以上;杀菌试验表明不同中草药对深、浅部真菌有不同程度的杀灭作用.且对浅部杀菌作用高于深部,并随着提取液用量的增加,杀菌率均随之提高.更多还原

【Abstract】 Refluxed-ultrasonic extraction and the 35% alcohol extraction method were used to extract herbal active ingredients such as coptis deltoidea,radix scutellaria,cortex phellodendri,zanthoxylum bungeanu,chamomile,glycyrrhiza uralens,taraxacum mongolicum etc,and enumeration blatecount method was used to determine its deep and superficial fungal antibacterial sterilization.Results show that the seven kinds of Chinese herbal medicine’s sterilization to deep,superficial mycoses are at certain extent,of which berberine,baicalin,have the most obvious antimicrobial rate of 69.5%;bactericidal tests showed different Chinese herbal medicine varies in degrees of killing the deep,superficial fungal.And the seven kinds of Chinese herbal medicine have higher bactericidal effect to shallow than to deep fungi,and with the increase in the amount of the extract,the bactericidal rate increase as well.更多还原
