矢量控制技术在直驱式液压系统中的应用
The Application of Vector Control in Direct Drive Control Hydraulic System
【摘要】 建立了斗轮机主机俯仰直驱式液压系统模型和矢量控制异步电动机模型,利用Matlab中的Simulink仿真软件分别对矢量控制异步电动机系统和采用矢量控制技术的直驱式液压系统进行了仿真研究。结果表明矢量控制异步电动机系统具有良好的动态特性,适合作为直驱式液压系统的动力装置。
【Abstract】 The model of the Direct Drive Volume Control system of host machine pitching motion of the bucket wheel reclaimer and the model of AC motor under the mode of Vector Control were established,AC motor system and DDVC system under the mode of Vector Control were analyzed by the Simulink software of Matlab.The result shows that AC motor system under the mode of Vector Control has good static and dynamic characteristics and it is appropriated to be the power source of DDVC hydraulic system.
