【摘要】 目的:了解我院第二类精神药品的应用情况及趋势,为合理用药提供参考。方法:对2008—2010年我院第二类精神药品应用品种、数量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:我院第二类精神药品的应用整体呈上升趋势,其中苯二氮类占主导地位,其他类有逐渐上升的趋势,巴比妥类基本不用于镇静催眠。结论:我院第二类精神药品的应用基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo and tendency of the use of second category of psychotropic drugs in our hospital for reference of rational drug use.METHODS:The utilization of the second category of psychotropic drugs in our hospital during 2008-2010 were analyzed in respect of number of drugs,consumption sum,DDD(defined daily dose) and defined daily cost(DDC) etc.RESULTS:There was an overall increase in the use of the second category of psychotropic drugs in our hospital,with benzodiazepine assuming a predominant place and the use of other categories showing gradual increase.Barbiturates were basically not used as sedative hypnotics.CONCLUSION:The use of second category of psychotropic drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole.更多还原
