【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To promote clinical rational use of medicines,ensure the safety of drug use and improve the therapeutic efficacy through clinical pharmacists’ effort to provide pharmaceutical care in clinical practice.METHODS: Throughout the course of treatment,pharmaceutical care was offered to those patients to whom close attention was paid and timely intervention on drug use for these patients was provided based on the results of pharmaceutical care.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists can adjust the medication regimen according to the results of pharmaceutical care,and play a role in clinical drug treatment through the pharmaceutical care.更多还原
