【摘要】 目的:对西安市华山中心医院门诊注射剂、抗菌药物的应用情况进行分析。方法:对该院2008—2010年门诊所有处方按注射剂处方、抗菌药物处方分别统计,每月汇总;根据《医院购药分析报告》统计2008—2010年注射剂、抗菌药物销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例;用计算机管理软件系统分别检索2008—2010年门诊注射剂、抗菌药物各品种出库数量金额。结果:2008—2010年该院门诊注射剂、抗菌药物使用率呈上升趋势;门诊注射剂、抗菌药物销售金额占门诊药品总销售金额比例的增长幅度大于门诊药品总销售金额占全院药品总销售金额比例的增长幅度;销售金额排序前10位注射剂中抗菌药物占多数,销售金额排序前10位抗菌药物中注射剂占多数。结论:加强注射剂、抗菌药物应用管理,提倡门诊患者"能口服就不注射"的使用原则,充分考虑药物的成本-效果比,促进合理用药,以减轻患者的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the use of injections and antibiotics in the outpatients in Xi’an Huashan Central Hospital.METHODS: The outpatient prescriptions of injections and the outpatient antibiotic prescriptions during 2008-2010 period in Xi’an Huashan Central Hospital were collected monthly;based on the Report on Analysis of Hospital Drug Purchase,we calculated the proportions of injections and antibiotics in the total in terms of consumption sum.The consumption amount and consumption sum of injections and antibiotics during 2008-2010 were analyzed with the aid of computer management software.RESULTS: During 2008-2010,the rates of prescriptions of both the injections and antibiotics were rising;the proportions of the consumption sum of injections and antibiotics in total in outpatient department showed greater increase than did the proportion of outpatient drug consumption sum in total hospital drug consumption sum.Most of the top ten injections on the consumption sum list were antibiotics,and most of the top ten antibiotics on the consumption list were injections.CONCLUSION: It is important to enhance the management on injections and antibiotics and it is advisable for outpatients to follow the principle of "take drugs by oral administration if possible rather than by injection" and take into full consideration the cost-effectiveness ratio of drugs so as to promote rational medication and lessen patients’ economic burden.更多还原
