【摘要】 目的:分析我院抗骨质疏松药的应用现状及趋势,为临床合理使用抗骨质疏松药提供参考。方法:对我院2008—2010年抗骨质疏松药的品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗骨质疏松药用量总体呈不断增长趋势,鲑鱼降钙素注射液在单品销售金额排序中一直居第1位,统计结果显示降钙素类药在3年中各类抗骨质疏松药销售金额排序中居第1位。碳酸钙D3片DDDs一直位居榜首,使用频率最大。结论:我院抗骨质疏松药用量呈逐年上升趋势,抗骨质疏松药联合应用以及疗效监测值得临床关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the status quo and tendency of the utilization of anti-osteoporosis drugs in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of this kind of drugs.METHODS: The utilization of anti-osteoporosis drugs in our hospital during 2008-2010 was analyzed in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc.RESULTS: The consumption amount of anti-osteoporosis drug in our hospital presented an ascending trend.Salmon calcitonin injection had been ranking first all the three years.Calcitonins took up the first place on the consumption sum list over three years.With the maximal administration frequency,calcium carbonate D3 tablet has been taking the lead in DDDs among all the anti-osteoporosis drugs in our hospital.CONCLUSION: The consumption amount of anti-osteoporosis drugs in our hospital had been increasing year by year.Great attention should be paid to combined use of anti-osteoporosis drugs and monitoring on their curative efficacy.更多还原
