【摘要】 目的:调研老年患者药品正确使用的情况,保障患者合理安全使用药品。方法:以随机抽样法询问医院干部门诊2010年7月—2011年6月就诊的老年患者及代为取药的亲属和家政服务员,对药品使用的知晓程度进行调查,并对不正确的使用、贮藏药品行为进行药学干预。结果:用法、用量和用药时间同时出现错误的有9人次,干预成功率为100%;用法、用量或用药时间出现错误的有73人次,干预成功率为98.6%;取药人对药品使用不清楚的有63人次,干预成功率为100%;药品日常贮藏过程中有7人次出现错误,干预成功率为100%。结论:通过对老年患者及代为取药的亲属和家政服务员进行用药干预,提高了患者的用药安全性。根据老年人的生理特点,对老年患者用药的药学干预应长期进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the drug use in elderly patients to ensure patients’ rational and safe drug use.METHODS: The elderly patients and their family members or domestic staff who helped having their prescriptions filled in pharmacy who were seen in outpatient cadres’ ward from July 2010 to June 2011 were randomly selected for investigation with regard to their knowledge on correct drug use.Intervention measures were taken aimed at their incorrect behaviors in the use and storage of drugs.RESULTS: 9 cases were found to be incorrect in dosage and administration and administration time,with successful intervention achieved in all of them(100%).73 were incorrect in dosage and administration or administration time,with successful intervention achieved in 98.6%.63 people who had the prescriptions filled were unclear about correct drug use,with successful intervention achieved in 100%.CONCLUSION: The pharmaceutical intervention on elderly patients and their relatives or domestic workers who helped having their prescriptions filled resulted in improved medication safety of patients.It is advisable to perform long-term pharmaceutical intervention on drug use among elder patients.更多还原
