【摘要】 目的:了解我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:回顾性调查我院2010年Ⅰ类切口手术患者有关抗菌药物的预防性应用情况。结果:533例Ⅰ类切口手术患者中255例预防性使用抗菌药物,百分比为47.80%,平均用药时间5.21 d,术前0.5～2 h用药238例(93.33%)、术前≥2 h用药者3例(1.18%)、术后用药14例(5.49%),不合理用药203例(79.61%)。结论:我院外科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性应用在用药指征、用药时间、术后用药时间等方面存在不合理现象,需加强管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision surgery in our hospital so as to promote rational use of antibiotics.METHODS: We retrospectively investigated the prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision surgery in our hospital in 2010.RESULTS: Of the total 533 patients reviewed,255(47.80%) were treated with prophylactic antibiotics for an average of 5.21 days,with 238(93.33%) receiving antibiotics 0.5-2 hours before operation,in 3(1.18%) ≥2 h before surgery and 14(5.49%) after operation.The irrational antibiotic use was noted in 203(79.61%).CONCLUSION: Management on rational use of antibiotics should be strengthened given the problems lie in the indications and timing for prophylactic use of antibiotic and the postoperative medication time.更多还原
