应用DGS设计低通滤波器
Design of a lowpass filter using DGS
【摘要】 地面缺陷结构(DGS)是通过在微带线的接地面上蚀刻出缺陷图形而形成的微波结构,它具有带阻效应和慢波特性,从而能有效抑制高次谐波,进而改善滤波器的特性,提高接收机的灵敏度.在分析DGS等效电路及其频率特性的基础上,通过比较仿真加载微带线DGS前后的低通滤波器性能的变化,验证DGS优良的阻带效应.HFSS仿真结果证明,该滤波器在满足带内插损要求的前提下,能够将二次谐波抑制在70 dB以上,故而该结构具有广泛的应用前景.最后将所设计的滤波器进行实物加工,测试曲线与仿真结果吻合良好.
【Abstract】 Defected ground structure(DGS) is a microwave structure formed by etching defected figures in the ground plane of the micro strip,providing band-stop effect and slow-wave characteristics,which can suppress high-order harmonic,improve the filter’s performance,and provide higher sensitivity of the front receiver.Based on analyzing equivalent circuit and frequency characteristics of the dumbbell shaped DGS,through comparison and simulation on the performance change of the low-pass filters before and after loading with DGS,the good stop-band effect is verified.The HFSS simulation results prove that on the premise of meeting the requirement of the in-band insertion loss,the secondary harmonic can effectively attenuate the second harmonic by more than 70dB.Thus DGS has a broad prospect of application.Finally the low-pass filter was applied to the processing in practice,and the test curves are in good agreement with the simulation results.
