激光合金化提高轧辊耐磨性的应用研究

【摘要】 利用选出的最佳工艺参数及适合的合金粉末,采用预置粉末的方式用大功率激光器对某型号低镍铬轧辊进行合金化处理。从组织、显微硬度等方面对轧辊进行分析,原组织中的微裂纹、气孔等缺陷消除或愈合,有效抑制轧辊工作中出现的疲劳裂纹;轧辊的耐磨性和使用寿命显著提高,过钢量提高了162%。

【Abstract】 Using the selected optimum process parameters and fit alloy powder,we alloyed a type of low Ni-Cr roller with high power laser based on preset-powder method.Through analysis of the roller from different aspects such as structure and microhardness,we found the results of the alloying treatment:microcracks and gas holes disappeared,fatigue cracks of the rollers were effectively inhibited,wear resistance and life were significantly improved,the rolling capacity increased by 162%.
