【摘要】 目的了解医院门诊糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法抽取医院门诊2010年7月至12月每周一的处方,共计20 000张,对使用糖皮质激素类药物的处方数量、品种个数、所占比例、使用情况、合理性等进行统计分析。结果糖皮质激素类药物在医院门诊各科广泛使用,处方使用率为12.80%。其中皮肤科使用率为27.90%,耳鼻喉科为24.60%,儿科为19.10%,眼科为16.00%,内科为6.50%,急诊科为3.60%。少数处方存在滥用、乱用现象。结论应加强对糖皮质激素类药物应用的监管,提高对滥用糖皮质激素危害的认识,贯彻执行卫生部《糖皮质激素类药物临床应用指导原则》,避免和减少不良反应的发生,促进合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical use situation of glucocorticoid agents in the outpatient departmment to promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods 20 000 outpatient prescriptions were extracted on each Monday from July to December 2010.Among them,the prescriptions with glucocorticoid agents were performed the statistical analysis on the quantity,variety,proportion,use condition and rationality.Results Glucocorticoid agents were widely used in various outpatient departments with the use rate of 12.80%.The use rate was 27.90% in dermatology,24.60% in ENT,19.10% in pediatrics,16.00% in ophthalmology,6.50% in internal medicine and 3.60% in emergency.The phenomena of abuse and wrong use existed in a few prescriptions.Conclusion We should strengthen the monitoring of the application of glucocorticoid agents,increase the cognition on the harm of glucocorticoid drugs abuse,implement Glucocorticoid Drugs Clinical Application Guiding Principle issued by the Ministry of Health,standardize its clinical use,avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and promote the rational drug use.更多还原
