【摘要】 目的考察愈溃膜的体外抑菌作用。方法采用中药抗菌试验试管法,以蜂胶口腔膜为对照,测定药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果愈溃膜对大肠埃希菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑菌作用较强,对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用稍弱,总体效果优于蜂胶口腔膜。结论愈溃膜对6种常见细菌具有抑制作用,有较强的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the in vitro antibacterial activity of Yukui Membrane.Methods The Chinese medicine antibacterial test tube method was adopted to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the selected medicine against the selected bacteria in vitro with Propolis Oral Membrane as the control.Results The antibacterial activity of Yukui Membrane was stronger against Escherichia coli,beta-hemolytic streptococci,hemolytic streptococcus,candida albicans and pseudomonas aeruginosa and was relatively weaker against staphylococcus accrues.Its overall antibacterial effect was better than that of Propolis Oral Membrane.Conclusion Yukui Membrane has the inhibiting effect on 6 kinds of ordinary germs and stronger clinical value.更多还原
