【摘要】 目的观察恩必普治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效及对患者血浆D-二聚体的影响。方法将78例患者随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片50 mg口服,每日1次;疏血通注射液6 mL加入0.9%氯化钠或5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注。观察组在对照组基础上给予恩必普200 mg口服,每日3次。所有患者均以2周为1个疗程。比较两组的疗效及血浆D-二聚体水平。结果观察组的总有效率为87.18%,显著高于对照组的61.54%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的血浆D-二聚体水平无明显差异,治疗后12 h观察组血浆D-二聚体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3 d和治疗后2周时,两组D-二聚体水平无明显差异。结论恩必普治疗短暂性脑缺血发作具有良好的疗效,用药后患者血浆D-二聚体的水平先上升后很快下降,对改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者的病情具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in treating transient ischemic attack(TIA) and its influence on plasma D-dimer.Methods Seventy-eight cases of TIA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was orally treated with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets 50 mg,once a day and Shuxuetong Injection 6 mL added to 0.9%sodium chloride or 5%glucose by intravenous drip.The observation group was given Butylphthalide Soft Capsules 200 mg,3 times daily,at the base of control group treatment.Two weeks were as a course of treatment in all the cases.The clinical effect and plasma level of D-dimer after 2-week treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.18%and significantly higher than 61.54%in the control group(P < 0.05).The plasma D-dimer levels before treatment had no significant difference between the two groups.The plasma D-dimer level after 12 h treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),but there were no significant difference after 3 d and 2-week treatment between the two groups.Conclusion Butylphthalide Soft Capsules has better effect in the treatment of TIA.After medication,the plasma D-dimer level is increased at first and then rapidly decreased,which has important value to improve the condition of TIA patients.更多还原
