【摘要】 目的建立测定卡马西平与茶碱血药浓度的反相高效液相色谱外标法。方法以二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,采用外标法进行含量测定。色谱柱为XDB C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速为0.7 mL/min,检测波长为235 nm。结果卡马西平与茶碱的质量浓度线性范围分别为1.25～20μg/mL和2.5～40μg/mL,平均回收率分别为102.0%和101.4%,日内、日间精密度的RSD均小于5%。结论该法测定卡马西平与茶碱的血药浓度准确、简便、经济,适合于临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of carbamazepine and theophyllinum concentrations in serum by the external standard method of RP-HPLC.Methods Carbamazepine and theophyllinum were extracted from serum with CH2Cl2 and their contents were determined by using the external standard method.The analytical chromatographic column was XDB C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5.0 μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water(60 ∶40),the flow rate was 0.7 mL/min and the detecting wavelength was 235 nm.Results The linear range of carbamazepine and theophyllinum were 1.25-20 μg/mL and 2.5-40 μg/mL,respectively.The average recovery rates for carbamazepine and theophyllinum were 102.0%and 101.4%,respectively,the intra-day and inter-day RSD < 5%.The linear relation was good.Conclusion This method is accurate,simple and economical in determining serum carbamazepine and theophyllinum concentrations,which is suitable for clinical application.更多还原
