【摘要】 目的观察奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙治疗消化道癌的疗效。方法选择收治的消化道肿瘤患者134例,随机分为两组,各67例。对照组给予传统的氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂方案,观察组患者给予奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙方案。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应的差异。结果两组总有效率比较,观察组明显较高;不良反应程度比较,观察组明显较轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶联合亚叶酸钙方案治疗消化道癌疗效满意,不良反应较小,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of oxaliplatin(L-OHP),5-fluorouracil(5-FU) and leucovorin(CF) regimen(FOLFOX) in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.Methods A hundred and thirty-four patients with digestive tract cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional fluorouracil and cisplatin(FP) regimen,while the observation group was treated with FOLFOX regimen.The differences of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between 2 groups were observed.Results The comparison of the total effective rates showed that the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,but the adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly milder than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The FOLFOX regimen in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer has satisfactory effects and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
