【摘要】 目的了解安宫牛黄丸在临床中的治疗情况。方法查阅1994至2009年报道有关安宫牛黄丸的相关文献,对其联合用药和未联合用药与西医结合治疗的适应证、给药方式及总有效率进行统计分析。结果安宫牛黄丸广泛应用于急性期脑卒中、脑损伤等证,也用于一般疾病,其联合用药与未联合用药的临床治疗总有效率分别为81.98%和86.59%,与对照组比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论安宫牛黄丸临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment condition of Angong Niuhuang Pills in clinic.Methods By retrieving the relevant literature about Angong Niuhuang Pills during 1994-2009,the indications in combination medication and noncombination medication combined with Western medicine,administration mode and the total effective were statistically analyzed.Results Angong Niuhuang Pills were widely used in acute phase of stroke,brain injury,etc.also in common diseases,its clinical total effective rate was 81.98%and 86.59%(P < 0.05).Conclusion Angong Niuhuang Pills has significant effect in clinic.更多还原
