【摘要】 目的提高医院门诊处方质量及合理用药水平。方法回顾性分析2010年4月至9月门诊处方,对基本用药、书写规范等进行统计分析与评价。结果使用国家基本药物品种较少,注射剂使用率较高,其余指标均接近国内外平均水平;存在问题较多的是"不规范处方"和"不适宜处方",未发现有"超常用药处方"。结论门诊处方在合理用药和处方书写方面虽然基本合理,但还存在很多细节方面的问题,需进一步采取积极有效的措施进行干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and the level of rational drug use in our hospital.Methods By the retrospective analysis method,the outpatient prescriptions randomly extracted from April to September 2010 were performed the statistical analysis and evaluation on the basic drugs and writing standardization.Results The use rate of national essential drugs was lower and the use of injections were higher.Other indicators tended to normal.More problems existed in "non-standardized prescription"and "inappropriate prescription".The problem of "extraordinary prescription"was not found.Conclusion Although the outpatient prescriptions are basically rational in rational drug use and prescription writing,but there still exist many problems in detail,which need to take further effective measures to actively intervene.更多还原
