【摘要】 目的探索非计划再次手术的原因,为提高医院手术病人的医疗质量、降低非计划再手术的发生率提供依据。方法对42例非计划再次手术进行回顾性分析。结果非计划再次手术的平均住院日、医疗费用与前一年度院平均值比较差异显著,且有统计学意义。结论医务人员应加强手术责任心,预防再手术的发生,同时医院应加强非计划再次手术的监管工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cause of the incidence of unplanned returns to the operating room,in order to improve the operative quality.Methods A retrospective survey was done on 42 patients who suffered from unplanned returns to the operating room in the past one year.Results The unplanned returns to the operating room patients’ average of hospital stay and payment for medical care significantly higher than the hospital’s average level of the past year.Conclusion It’s suggested that the surgeons should strengthen the responsibilities,prevent the occurrence of unplanned re-operation,and the hospital managers should strengthen to supervise it.更多还原
