【摘要】 目的观察前列地尔对老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者动脉硬化的影响。方法将110例伴有2型糖尿病的中重度高血压病老年患者随机分为两组。前列地尔联合阿托伐他汀治疗组(B组)55例,每日静点前列地尔20μg,每日1次,疗程14 d,此后坚持服用贝前列素钠片40μg,每日3次,同时服用阿托伐他汀20 mg,每晚1次,持续1年;阿托伐他汀治疗组(C组)55例,服用阿托伐他汀20 mg,每晚1次,持续1年。测定治疗前后患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),颈动脉壁的结构,粥样斑块的形态、大小,以及管腔的狭窄程度。结果两组患者治疗后颈动脉IMT均较治疗前显著减低(P<0.05),B组较C组减低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合阿托伐他汀对老年高血压颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血管的重构有较好的逆转作用,能减轻动脉粥样硬化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Prostaglandin and Atorvastatin on carotid intima-media thickness in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods 110 elderly patients with moderate to severe hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups.55 cases of Prostaglandin and Atorvastatin group(group B) were given 20 μg Prostaglandin,iv,qd,for 14 days,then 40 μg Beraprost Sodium Tablets,po,tid,for one year and Atorvastatin Tablets 20 mg,po,qn,at the same time.55 cases of Atorvastatin group(group C) were given Atorvastatin Tablets 20 mg po qn.Intima-media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery,structures of carotid wall,shape and size of atheromatous plaque,and stenosis of lumen of the patients before and after treatment were tested.Results The IMT level of carotid artery of the two groups after treatment were all reduced significantly comparing with before treatment(P < 0.05),and the effect of group B was more significant than group C(P < 0.05).Conclusion Prostaglandin and Atorvastatin can decrease IMT of carotid artery of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension.更多还原
