COPD生物资源库管理平台设计与实现

【摘要】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)临床标本是医学研究的重要资源。笔者应用.NET环境及软件,将临床各种COPD标本资源及附属信息进行规范化数据处理,构建了COPD生物资源库数据化管理平台。该管理平台将标本管理系统与临床信息系统进行无缝接合,实现了标准化样本编号、样本识别及存贮定位、标本与临床信息自动化整合、信息查询与输出等功能,对于提高标本资源的管理与使用效率具有积极作用。系统支持类似Excel单元格的拖拉、复制、剪切、删除操作,布局信息直观简洁,各架子、盒子的容量、用量均一目了然,且整合了识别及打印QR码功能。

【Abstract】 Clinical specimen of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is an important resource in medical research.With the help of network environment and software,authors process all kinds of clinical specimens of COPD and their attached information in a standardized way,and construct the biological resource management platform in COPD.The management platform seamlessly integrated specimen management system with clinical information system and achieved functions such as standardized specimen number,specimen recognition,storage and location,automatic integration of specimen data and clinical data,information search and output,which play positive roles in improving specimen management and usage.The system also supports these similar operations appearing in table cells of Excel,like dragging,duplicating,scissoring and deleting.Its information layout is direct-viewing and concise with clear volume and dosage in each shelf and box as well as integration of recognition and print of quick response(QR) code.
