【摘要】 目的观察老年女性骨质疏松患者应用唑来膦酸(Zoledronic Acid,ZOL)注射液联合钙剂和活性VitD治疗的临床疗效。方法采用双能X线骨密度仪诊断的老年女性骨质疏松症患者60例,随机分成ZOL组和对照组,各30例。ZOL组给予唑来膦酸注射液5 mg/100 mL静滴1次,同时口服钙尔奇D 600 mg/d和骨化三醇0.25μg,bid。对照组给予口服钙尔奇D 600 mg/d和骨化三醇0.25μg,bid。两组受试者均连续服药9个月。观察骨痛缓解率及腰椎、髋部骨密度(BMD)变化。结果①与对照组比较,治疗后ZOL组骨痛症状明显缓解,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②ZOL组与对照组比较、与自身前后比较L1～4全部、股骨颈和大粗隆BMD增加差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);③治疗期间ZOL组无新发骨折,对照组新发2例髋部骨折。结论 ZOL注射液对老年女性骨质疏松症患者具有缓解骨痛、增加骨密度、提高生活质量、减少骨折发生的作用,是一种有效、安全的抗骨质疏松药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment efficacy in elderly women of osteoporosis with Zoledronic Acid(ZOL) Injection combined with Calcium plus active vitamin D.Methods 60 elderly women were diagnosed osteoporosis by dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry and randomly divided into ZOL group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.ZOL group was treated with ZOL 5 mg/100 mL intravenous infusion,and oral Caltrate D 600 mg/d and Calcitriol 0.25 μg,bid. The control group was given oral Caltrate D 600 mg/d and Calcitriol 0.25 μg,bid.Two groups of subjects were taking nine months.The pain relief and lumbar spine and hip bone mineral density in elderly women with osteoporosis were observed. Results ①Compared with the control group,after treatment,in the ZOL group,bone pain was alleviated,the total effective rate was significant different(P<0.05);②compared with control group and before and after treatment,the BMD of all L 1-4, femoral neck and greater trochanter in the ZOL group were increased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05);③during treatment,ZOL group had no new fractures and the control group had two cases of new hip fracture.Conclusion ZOL Injection can relieve bone pain,increase bone density,improve quality of life,reduce fractures occurred in patients with osteoporosis in elderly women,it is an effective and safe anti-osteoporosis drug.更多还原
