【摘要】 目的建立麦贞花颗粒中麦冬皂苷D和特女贞苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定制剂中麦冬皂苷D和特女贞苷含量。结果麦冬皂苷D在进样量1.234~12.336μg内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为96.92%,RSD为2.98%;特女贞苷在质量浓度40.64~325.12μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为98.58%,RSD为2.74%。结论所建立的含量测定方法可靠,操作简便,重现性良好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop the HPLC method for the determination of ophipogonin D and specnuezhenide in Maizhenhua Granules.Methods The content of ophipogonin D and specnuezhenide were determined by HPLC.Results Ophipogonin D showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.234-12.336 μg,r = 0.999 6.The average recovery was 96.92%,and RSD was 2.98%;specnuezhenide showed a good linear relationship at a range of 40.64-325.12 μg/mL,r =0.999 5,the average recovery was 98.58%,and RSD was 2.74%.Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Maizhenhua Granules.更多还原
