【摘要】 目的了解本地区COPD患者对疾病知识的认知状况,以便进行针对性健康教育与管理。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对2011年3～11月在我院呼吸科住院的90例COPD患者进行疾病知识的认知调查。结果 COPD患者对疾病知识的认知总得分为(67.40±24.65)分;认知处于低水平的患者占77.78%。结论 COPD患者对疾病知识的认知水平低。应加强健康教育管理,采取多形式健康教育,提高患者对疾病的认知水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the cognitive capability of knowledge about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in our region patients,for more targeted management and health education.Methods Investigation of cognitive capability of COPD were done in Department of Respiratory Disease of our hospital by designed-questionnaire involved in 90 patients,from March to November in 2011.Results Overall score about cognitive capability of COPD disease in these patients was(67.40 ±24.65) scores and that with low level of cognition was 77.78%.Conclusion The cognitive capability of COPD in these patients is insufficient,and it is necessary to further enhance the management level of health education and take multiple patterns of that education for significantly improving patients’ cognitive capability of COPD.更多还原
