【摘要】 目的探讨对解剖困难的胆囊结石患者采用腹腔镜下胆囊次全切术的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院行腹腔镜下胆囊次全切术的13例解剖困难胆囊结石患者的临床资料,对其治疗结果进行统计分析。结果 13例患者手术均成功,成功率100.0%,无一例发生肝外胆管损伤、出血、感染等并发症,且手术时间50~160 min,平均用时(105.5±25.5)min;腹腔引流2~5 d后拔除,平均(3.2±1.0)d。所有患者住院3~9 d,平均(5.3±1.2)d。结论将腹腔镜下胆囊次全切术用于治疗解剖困难的胆囊结石患者,疗效明显,手术成功率高,术后并发症少,患者康复快,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy for cystic and calculous patient with anatomy difficult.Methods 13 cases of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy for cystic and calculous patient with anatomy difficult were reviewed retrospectively.The treatment results were statistically analysed.Results 13 patients were performed successfully,with the success rate of 100.0%,no case occurred extrahepatic bile duct damage,bleeding,infection and other complications,the operation time was 50-160 min,with the average was(105.5±25.5) min;the decannulation time was 2-5 days after abdominal cavity drainage,with the average was(3.2±1.0) days.The hospitalized time was 3-9 days,with the average was(5.3±1.2) days.Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy for cystic and calculous patients with anatomy difficult is obvious,the success rate is high,the postoperativecomplications is less,the recovery of patients is quicker,it is worth of application.更多还原
