【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗乙肝肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 60例乙型肝炎肝纤维化病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组例采用阿德福韦酯联合自拟参甲化纤方治疗。对照组例单用阿德福韦酯胶囊。观察两组治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化及肝脾超声影像变化。结果两组治疗后肝功能、肝纤维化及肝脾超声影像指标与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,除PC-Ⅲ无差异外,其他指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗乙肝肝炎肝纤维化,可有效抗病毒,有效改善肝功能、肝纤维化指标,减轻脾脏厚度,减轻门静脉和脾静脉宽度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis.Methods 60 patients with hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group respectively.The treatment group was treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil combined with Self-made Chemical Fiber Decoction.The control group was treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules.Changes of the hepatic function,hepatic fibrosis and hepatosplenic ultrasound image of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed.Results After the treatment,changes of the hepatic function,hepatic fibrosis and hepatosplenic ultrasound image indicators of both groups were significantly different which compared with those before the treatment(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).After the treatment,the treatment group and the control group were significantly different in all the indicators except the PC-Ⅲ(P < 005 or P < 0.01).Conclusion The combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can effectively resist viruses,effectively improve the hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis indicators and reduce thickness of the spleen and width of the portal vein and splenic vein.更多还原
