【摘要】 目的观察头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽配合护理治疗早期梅毒血清固定患者的临床疗效。方法将62例门诊早期梅毒血清固定患者随机分成对照组(31例)和治疗组(31例),对照组采用青霉素钠和苄星青霉素治疗,治疗组采用头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽配合护理治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后12个月和24个月治疗组的有效率分别为80.6%、96.8%,对照组的有效率分别为54.8%、74.2%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽配合护理治疗早期梅毒血清固定患者远期疗效明显,提高了血清RPR滴度转阴率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium and Thymopentin combined with nursing in the treatment of early syphilis fixed.Methods 62 patients with early syphilis fixed were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases) and the treatment group(31 cases).The Patients in the control group were treated with Penicillin Sodium and Benzathine Penicillin,and those in the treatment group were treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium and Thymopentin combined with nursing.The two groups were compared in clinical effect.Results 12 months and 24 months after treatment,the effective rates of the treatment group were 80.6% and 96.8% respectively,while the effective rates of the control group were 54.8% and 74.2% respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium and Thymopentin combined with nursing in the treatment of early syphilis fixed is obvious.It may increase the negative rate of the rapid plasma reactions(RPR).更多还原
