【摘要】 目的对医院2005~2010年发表的科技论文进行统计分析,研究影响专业人员科研和技术创新的深层次原因,为今后科研管理、学科建设、人才培养提供参考依据。方法运用文献计量学方法进行统计分析。结果 2005~2010年共发表论文1 817篇,其中被SCI、EI收录60篇,中华系列杂志发表论文104篇。被引论文数占总数的36.29%,论文篇平均被引3.37次。结论医院发文数量增长趋势明显,但论文质量还需提高,核心作者群需要培育,科研信息资源共享服务须深化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide basis for the future scientific research management,discipline establishment and personnel training by statistically analyzing the scientific and technological papers published from 2005 to 2010 by our hospital and studying the deep seated factors influencing the scientific research and technological innovation of professionals.Methods The bibliometric method was used for statistical analysis.Results From 2005 to 2010,a total of 1 817 papers were published,of which 60 papers were included by SCI and EI and 104 papers were published in China serial journals.The number of cited papers accounted for 36.29% of the total number.The average number of citation were 3.37 times.Conclusion The number of papers which published by our hospital is evidently growing,but the quality of papers still needs improving,therefore it is necessary to nurture core authors and deepen the resource sharing services of scientific research information.更多还原
