【摘要】 目的探讨我校护理本科生心理健康水平的影响因素。方法随机抽取167名2010级护理本科生,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心理健康状况评估。结果我校2010级护理本科女生在躯体化、焦虑和恐怖3个因子的得分显著高于男生(P<0.05);贫困生在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、精神病性4个因子的得分和总均分显著高于非贫困生(P<0.05);来自城市和非城市生源的SCL-90总均分和各因子均分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论性别和经济来源情况是影响我校护理本科生的主要因素,应有针对性地对他们开展心理健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influencing factors of psychological health status of nursing undergraduates in our school.Methods A total of 167 nursing undergraduates in 2010 were randomly investigated with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and their psychological health status were analyzed.Results The scores of somatization,anxiety and phobic anxiety in female group were significantly higher than those in male group in nursing undergraduates in 2010(P < 0.05).The scores of obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,psychoticism and total scores were significantly higher in poor student group than those in no poor student group in nursing undergraduates in 2010(P < 0.05).The total scores and average score of 10 factors were no significantly different between nursing undergraduates from city and country(all P > 0.05).Conclusion The gender and economic situation are the main factors influencing the psychological health status of nursing undergraduates in our school,and they should be considered when the psychological health education is carried out.更多还原
