【摘要】 目的:比较胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病与单独使用贝那普利的疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,每组各40例。对照组单用贝那普利治疗,观察组采用贝那普利和胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)指标。结果:治疗后2组24 h尿蛋白定量、UAER较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05)。观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病比单独使用贝那普利疗效更好,而且胰激肽原酶片还可以改善糖尿病患者的肾功能,有临床应用的价值,值得进一步研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the curative effect of Pancreatic kallidinogenase enteric-coated tablets and benazepril compared with benazepri only in incipient diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients were divided into two teams;one was ACEI team which had benazepri only,and the other was UNIT team which had benazepri and Pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets.Observed the index of the clinical symptoms in both teams after treatment respectively.Results: U-PRO and UAER in both teams after treatment were better than before;and UNIT team(P<0.05)was better than ACEI team.Conclusion:Pancreatic kallidinogenase enteric-coated tablets and benazepril are better than benazepri only.This result is a valuable on clinical application.It needs to elucidate further.更多还原
