【Abstract】 Germany has a very sound vocational teacher training and qualification assessment system which requires teachers to be competent in four fields to accomplish twelve tasks.In order to become a vocational school teacher,teachers not only should have good academic qualifications,but also have some work experience in enterprises and outstanding teaching skills.In addition,teachers are required you to go through strict training which contains three stages and they finally must meet all imposed targets.We can learn a lot from their practices and successful experiences to establish a modern vocational education system,and to improve the quality of vocational education and to meet the social demand of talents.更多还原
