【Abstract】 Ischemia/reperfusion injury is a major pathophysiologic mechanism leading to myocardial dysfunction after myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery.It is necessary to find effective methods to limit ischemia/reperfusion injury.Many effective methods,such as cardioplegia,ischemia preconditioning and ischemia postconditioning garners are drawing more and more attention.ATP-sensitive potassium channels play important roles in myocardial protection against ischemia/reperfusion injury,which are the important mechanisms for cardio-protection.更多还原
