【摘要】 目的探讨具有基底细胞样免疫表型(BCLT)的三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床病理特点。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测50例三阴性乳腺癌患者的免疫标志物表达情况,对比具有BCLT和非BCLT的三阴性乳腺癌患者的形态学病理特征和相关分子的表达特点。结果 20例为非BCLT,30例为BCLT;BCLT与非BCLT在核级别、Ki67表达方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论具有BCLT的三阴性乳腺癌的形态学特征及免疫表型均较为独特,对该类病变的诊断和预后判断有着较为实际的应用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the morphological pathological features of the triple negative breast cancers with basaloid immune phenotype(BIP).Methods The expression of immune markers of 50 cases of BIP triple negative breast cancers was detected by immunohistochemical methods,morphological and pathological features of BIP non-BIP three negative breast cancer and related molecular expression characteristics were compared.Results 20 patients were non-BIP and 30 cases BIP.The nuclear level and Ki67 expression of BCLT and non-BCLT were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Morphological features and immune phenotype of BIP triple negative breast cancer are unique,which is of practical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.更多还原
