【摘要】 幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是人类一个最常见的细菌感染,世界各地均有较高的流行率。现已证实,Hp与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌有密切联系。在1994年,国际癌症研究机构将Hp定为Ⅰ级致癌原。现就近年来Hp与相关临床疾病,侧重Hp与结直肠肿瘤,消化道外疾病,如色素性痒疹、渗出性中耳炎及血友病等疾病的研究情况予以综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection has been recognized as one of the most common bacterial infections in human with a high prevalence all around the world.The pathological effects of Hp on chronic gastritis,peptic ulcers,and gastric cancer have been confirmed.In 1994,the International Agency for Research on Cancer(IARC)has determined Hp as class I carcinogen.Here is to make a review on the recent advances in the relationship between Hp and certain clinical diseases including prurigo pigmentosa,otitis media with effusion and hemophilia.更多还原
