不同粘结材料结合使用脱敏剂粘结钴铬嵌体的微渗漏对比研究
Comparative Study of Microleakage of Different Cements with Same Desensitizer among Cobalt Chrome Inlays
【摘要】 目的评价磨牙使用同种脱敏剂不同粘接材料粘接钴铬合金嵌体的微渗漏情况。方法选择80颗磨牙作为研究对象并随机分为4组,按嵌体制作要求制备近中牙合面(MO)洞,钴铬合金嵌体分别用玻璃离子粘合剂、传统树脂水门汀、双固化树脂水门汀、自粘接树脂水门汀粘结固位。其中后三组随机选取10颗磨牙在粘接前涂同种脱敏剂,冷热循环后,采用染色渗入法测定微渗漏情况。结果不同粘结材料粘结钴铬嵌体其微渗漏程度差异有统计学意义(龈壁χ2=25.74,轴壁:χ2=24.63,P<0.05);使用脱敏剂组与未使用脱敏剂组微渗漏程度差异无统计学意义(Waldχ2=1.8008,P>0.05)。结论树脂类水门汀的抗微渗漏性能优于玻璃离子粘合剂;脱敏剂的使用未降低粘接剂的抗微渗漏性能。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the micro-leakage of Co-Cr inlay by different bonding materials and the anti-microleakage effectiveness of resin bonding materials with the same desensitizer.Methods 80 molars were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups.According to the MO cavity requirement Co-Cr inlays were prepared.The group I,II,III and IV were respectively treated with glass ionomer cement,traditional resin cement,dual-cure resin cement and self-adhesive resin cement.10 teeth were randomly chosen from group of II,III and IV,and each tooth were applied the same desensitizer before bonding.After cold and heat cycles,dyeing infiltration method was used for detecting the microleakage.Results The Co-Cr inlays treated by different bonding materials showed significant difference(gingival wall:χ2=25.74,axis wall:χ2=24.63,P<0.05) in microleakage.There were no significant difference between the groups of desensitized or not(Waldχ2=1.8008,P>0.05).Conclusion Resin cement adhesive is superior to glass ionomers luting agents on protecting microleakage;application of desensitizer does not help to reduce the anti-microleakage effectiveness.
