【Abstract】 The C-shaped canal system is an anatomical variation mostly seen in mandibular second molars.The incidence is higher in Chinese population.The unique anatomic structures can lead to difficulties of cleaning,shaping and filling of the root canal system,calling for more attention from the researchers.With the rapid development of modern technology of root canal therapy,the sonic endodontic instrument and nickel-titanium instruments has been applied to the C-shaped canal system in clinical practice.Here is to make a summary of the clinical application in recent years.更多还原
