【摘要】 目的观察培哚普利联用阿托伐他汀钙对社区单纯收缩期高血压患者的降压作用。方法95例单纯收缩期高血压患者随机分为两组:对照组39例,服用培哚普利4 mg,每日1次,试验组56例,在对照组治疗的基础上,加用阿托伐他汀钙10 mg,每日1次。25周后,观察两组患者的血压变化。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者的血压特别是收缩压明显下降,这种变化在试验组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论培哚普利联用阿托伐他汀钙比单用培哚普利可以进一步降低单纯收缩期高血压患者的收缩压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect of perindopril combined with atorvastatin-alcium on community patients with isolated systolic hypertension(ISH).Methods 95 cases of patients with ISH were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group(39 cases)were given perindopril 4 mg,qd;experimental group(56 cases),were given the basis treatment of control group plus atorvastatin-calcium capsules 10 mg,qd.After 25 weeks,the changes of blood pressure in 2 groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the blood pressure especially systolic blood pressure decreased significantly in both groups,this change in experimental group was more obvious than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perindopril combined with atorvastatin-calcium can further reduce systolic blood pressure of patients with ISH.更多还原
