【摘要】 目的分析超鞭毛虫致下呼吸道感染的危险因素。方法选取2003年1月至2011年11月在我院确诊的20例超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染的住院和门诊患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果 Logistic回归分析显示,超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染的危险因素有工作环境、生活环境、混合感染、肺尘埃沉着病、恶性肿瘤、肺结核、社区获得性肺炎。结论应对这些危险因素采取相应的预防措施,以减少超鞭毛虫下呼吸道感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the risk factors of lower respiratory tract infection with hypermastigote.Methods A total of 20 outpatients and inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection with hypermastigote from Jan.2003 to Nov.2011 were enrolled into this study.The clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed.Results Logistic regression analysis,the risk factors of lower respiratory tract infection with hypermastigote included:working environment,living environment,mixture infection,pneumoconiosis,malignant tumor,pulmonary tuberculosis and community acquired pneumonia.Conclusion Corresponding measures should be taken to cope with risk factors of lower respiratory tract infection with hypermastigote in order to reduce the occurrence.更多还原
