【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease is not entirely clear,though current research trends argued that Kawasaki disease was based on a certain genetic predisposition,triggered by the exogenous antigen,resulting in the immune disorder.Here is to make a review on the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease,focusing on immune factors,including the abnormal activation of T,B lymphocytes,cytokine-mediated vascular injury,abnormal activation of immune signal transduction pathway.更多还原
