【Abstract】 Perioperative fluid therapy is an important part of clinical anesthesia and has become a vital treatment of perioperative hemorrhagic shock.Crystalloid and colloid fluids,widely used in clinical,have been playing a crucial role in the microcirculation perfusion and tissue and organ function restore.With the goal-directed fluid therapy strategy emerging and the stroke volume variability applied,the perioperative fluid therapy has made great progress,serving as a good guidance for the clinical transfusion.更多还原
